Focaccia baked in a copper vessel

Serves 4

his very tasty sweet cake has only one defect: It works hard at going down. To remedy this small inconvenience, resort to one glass of Recioto wine from Valpolicella.

4 eggs
3/4 cup plus 2 Tabs. sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 glass full of extra virgina olive oil
A little bit of sweet liquor milk (quantity not specified)
Grated skin of one lemon
1 packet of yeast (guess it should be dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water)

Beat the eggs with sugar, then add flour and above mentioned ingredients. Only at the end mix in the yeast. Bake at 350¡F oven. It is important to use extra virgin olive oil, and to use a baking vessel of copper in order to give more delicacy to the sweet cake.
